nk makan ape ye arini..sbb aku tak bole mkn yg sebarang2..sbb masih lagi one diet mode..
ermmm..pikir punye pikir...selongkar fridge...baru teringat,aku ade beli dorri fillet last week kat giant..
aku sgt suke dorri fillet ni (betul ke aku eja dori tu ek,lantak le)...sbb isinye putih dan lembut..
pastu grill asparagus ni...letak paper + salt..krap krup krap krup...layannnnn..hehehe
sebelum grill ikan dori ni aku marinate dgn chili flakes + oyster souce...pastu grill dgn olive oil sampai garing..
alhamdullilah..kenyang and no carbo...heheheh...hari ni dh 13 hari on diet mode..alhamdulillah aku masih bertenaga even tak mkn nasi pun..mari kita amalkan cara hidup yg sihat..hehehe...caiyokk cik niza..!!! you can do it!..(niza's is now motivated herself..hehhehe)
p/s: as at 12 days one diet , i hd reduce 4.7 kg ..yeahhh..
